Petitioner seeks bail in Andar P.S. Case No.135 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is PDS Dealer. He has no criminal antecedents. There is no complaint by any consumer. No irregularities were found in the shop of the petitioner.
In the written report, it is alleged that on checking irregularities were found as alleged in the written report. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74465 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Andar P.S. Case No.135 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
