Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

In view of the pleadings made in the restoration application, Cr. Misc. No. 55161 of 2023 is restored to its original file.

The learned counsel submits that Cr. Misc. No. 55161 of 2023 was filed seeking anticipatory bail, but the same stood dismissed for default, on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is next submitted that inadvertently, at para 1 of Cr. Misc No. 55161 of 2023, regular bail has been typed instead of anticipatory bail. The learned counsel thus seeks permission to make the said rectification.
