2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1651 of 2022 which stood dismissed for non- compliance of of order on 14.09.2022 . 3 . In view of the reasons stated in the restoration application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1651 of 2022 is restored to its original file .

4. Accordingly, this case is disposed of.

5 . Issue notice to respondent no.2 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1651 of 2022 for which requisites under registered post with A/D as well as under ordinary course be filed within 4 weeks, failing which the appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
