2. The challenge in the present writ petition is made to an order as contained in letter dated 28.07.2018 passed by the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Muzaffarpur, whereby the petitioner was directed to be appointed on Group D post in place of Group C.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, although challenged the order impugned on various grounds, but submitted with all

Patna High Court CWJC No.20532 of 2019(4) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 fairness that the date on which the application of the petitioner was considered for compassionate appointment, he was having qualification for Group D post, but subsequent thereto, the petitioner acquired eligibility for the post of Group C, but his case has not not been considered.

4. Learned Advocate for the State by making his submissions justified the impugned order.

5. At this stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some argument(s), seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

6. Learned Advocate for the State has no objection.

7. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
