2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 583 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is accused of stealing 111 packets of marble tiles and 11 packets of bathroom flush from a construction site at Teacher Training College.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.08.2023. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the fact that the aforesaid facts, the

Case No. 583 of 2023.
