2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 61(2), 338, 340(2), 126(2), 115(2) and 132 of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(c) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, is indulged in selling fake and forged sim cards and social media accounts.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and

Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sohan Chaudhary. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of these petitioners.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they, along with other accused persons, are indulged in selling of forged sim cards and social media accounts. Petitioners have got six criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
