Case No. 502 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is of recovery of one country made pistol with cartridge.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been made accused in this case and in fact the present case is the offshoot of the Muffasil P.S. Case No. 463 of 2018, in which, the petitioner is an accused and is on bail. Further he has been in judicial custody since

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
