2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 167/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was caught planning a loot. One countrymade loaded pistol has been recovered from the petitioner who is who is custody since 16.05.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Kaimur at Bhabhua/ concerned court, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Mohania police station District-Kaimur at Bhabhua on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
