The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-293 of 2018 (Tr. No. 3414 of 2019), registered under Section 406, 498(A), 313, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the D.P. Act. The accusation is of torturing of the complainant/O.P. No.2 by her husband and her in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing her from matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongings.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67547 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the complainant/O.P. No.2 and she has falsely been implicated in this case with general allegation of demand of dowry. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarhana at Dhaka in connection with Complaint Case No. C-293 of 2018 (Tr. No. 3414 of 2019), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
