JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-11-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Darbhanga to make enquiry into the large scale corrupt practices prevailing at the level of the office of the Sub-Registrar, Bahera, District-Darbhanga, however, at the outset, it is submitted that the petitioner has filed a Complaint before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga on affidavit on 12.06.2024, which is annexed as Annexure-P/2 to the present writ petition, however, no action is being taken thereon, thus appropriate directions be issued to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent-
Patna High Court CWJC No.16889 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 State submits that the aforesaid Complaint Case shall definitely be looked into and appropriate action shall be taken forthwith. 3.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Darbhanga to consider the aforesaid Complaint filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
