Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No.252 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, the case has been lodged by the contractor stating theft of some articles from the construction site and one person was arrested who disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is further submitted that he is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the other cases relate to the same occurrence and except

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri B.N. Tripathi J.M. Ist class, Dhanarua District Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S.case No.252 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
