2. The petitioner, who is husband of opposite party no.2, apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Mediator's report dated 28.3.2024 reveals that the parties have resolved their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them vide Memorandum of Agreement dated 28.3.2024.

4. In view of Mediator's report dated 28.3.2024, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Complaint Case No. 734C/2022,
