JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Pakari Dayal P.S. Case No.166 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section489 (A)/ 489 (E)/ 241, 242, 243, 254/ 34 of the I.P.C. The accusation against the petitioner is of depositing counterfeit notes of Rs.8000/- with the branch of Bank of India on 25.11.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail custody since 26.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22705 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.,Vth, Motihari, in Pakri Dayal P.S. Case No.166 of 2016.
