JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harnaut P. S. Case No. 227 of 2019 registered under Sections 307,323,341,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner assaulted the informant by means of iron rod on his head. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case inasmuch as both parties are co-villagers and there was a dispute with respect to plying a D.J. music in the locality. He further submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, which is injury report of the informant, it would be evident that injury caused to him is simple in nature.
Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both parties are co-

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/c C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No. 227 of 2019; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
