2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 113/2023 registered for the offences under Sections365, 379, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to an admitted land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75296 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
