JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.335/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per FIR, recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation are false, concocted and he has no criminal antecedent.
