Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she tried to appointment to the post of Teacher by using forged certificate. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has never produced any forged certificate and she was not appointed on the said post by the concerned Authorities.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner was not appointed on the aforesaid post, let
