Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chautarawa P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he allegedly killed the brother of the informant. It is alleged that when the brother of the informant was alive he told the informant that petitioner alongiwth other accused use to abuse and assault him. Learned counsel submits that except the aforesaid there is no other material to connect the petitioner in the

The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2019. Considering the fact that there is no eye-witness except suspicion and there is no specific material against the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran, connection with Chautarawa P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019.
