Petitioner seeks bail in Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.78 of 2006 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)A, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2018 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody as well as clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
