The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 1.11.2016. In para-10 of the petition, the petitioner has stated that co-accused Dilip Singh has been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7985 of 2017 vide order dated 23.2.2017. Considering the period of custody and the fact that other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7985 of 2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22379 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-V, Saran at Chapra or the successor Court in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extent full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
