This application has been filed for setting aside/ quashing the impugned F.I.R. instituted in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 406/18 dated 18.06.2018 for the alleged offence under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case is of the year 2019 by which the cognizance has been taken. It appears that no stay order has been passed in the matter. Further, when the matter is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner has no instruction in the matter to press before the court. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
