Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
