JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 05.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22294 of 2016 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 19.12.2015, the informant has filed a petition in the court below that Vijay Kumar aged 30 years was involved in this case and not the petitioner, he has not identified the petitioner as the assailant before the investigating officer, but inspite of that the petitioner has been charge sheeted. Six witnesses have been examined and all have turned hostile. The learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner is the

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with S. T. No. 568 of 2016 arising out of Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge 7th, Begusarai.

However, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
