Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.210 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 129 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from Honda City Car. Petitioner is said to be the driver of the car.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
