2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted the informant's wife with knife.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that specific allegation of assault with knife to the informant's wife is against co-accused Mannu Kumar @ Abhimanyu Kumar and Mausam Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura Police Station Case No. 197 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
