2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of brother of the informant by means of iron rod.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 3 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same. As a matter of fact, petitioner and informant both are wood shop owners and due to business rivalry this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that doctor has reserved the opinion regarding nature of injury.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 747 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
