Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this court in CWJC No. 915 of 2017 dated 14.2.2017 (Annexure-4).
Without entering into the factual controversy, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 i.e. The District Education Officer, Jamui and the District Programme Officer (establishment), Jamui who shall examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-4 and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to the case of the petitioner in
Patna High Court CWJC No.7156 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017, similar benefit should be extended to this petitioner. Such exercise must be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
