Petitioner is accused in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 679 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50817 of 2019 on 17.08.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019.
