2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have tortured and demanded dowry from the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim. There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and the petitioners are in custody since 07.06.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72980 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-13th, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 633 of 2022.
