The petitioner seeks regular bail in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 213/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379, 461 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. He has been arrested by the police on the basis of information given by the Spy. The police recorded his confessional statement and coins of Rs. 5300/- has been recovered from his possession. No test identification parade of the recovered coins has been held. He is in custody since 05.08.2018 having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
