JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No.221 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R., though only suspicion has been raised against him. Moreover, from perusal of Paragraph-1 to Paragraph-50 dated 15.09.2019 of the case diary, I find that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67286 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.
