The petitioner is in custody since 26.08. 2019 in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 402 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was found in the drunken state. He has one other case, in which, he has been granted bail under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and other case under Excise, in which, he was also on bail. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
