The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of prearrest bail in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015 registered under Sections 302,201 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail was rejected by this Court thrice earlier.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2015 and till date only ten witnesses have been examined on query as to how many charge-sheeted witnesses are here to be examined. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is aware as to how many other witnesses are yet to be examined.
