The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A), 38(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 54 liters of illicit liquor from the wood kept outside the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
