The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 61678 of 2019 vide order dated 17.10.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.64483 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ixth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.64 of 2019.
