This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.677 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 381/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

License pistol of the informant was stolen by the petitioner and others.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.677 of 2021. 7.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Gopalganj Town Police Station, District-Gopalganj, on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
