In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Looking to the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Pappu Singh is rejected.
