2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. Recovery is of 397.440 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71359 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018.

7. The petitioner will visit Zamania, DistrictGhazipur, Uttar Pradesh Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
