The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case no. 476 of 2019, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the First Information Report that the name of petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of Birendra Ram and Sandeep Rai, who were apprehended by the informant with country made pistol. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68212 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
