Smt. Rita Verma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.Case No. 45 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, is of committing dowry death and earlier also his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 10.4.2018 in Cr.Misc.No.20920 of 2018.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that deceased committed suicide by hanging herself and there I general and omnibus allegation and further he is in custody since 4.12.2017 and even trial has not commenced. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70033 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since petitioner is in custody for the last one year, learned court below is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and after commitment the trial is directed to be expedited.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
