Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021 lodged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. As per the prosecution case, there are in total eight persons were made accused, in which they have attacked the informant, armed with different weapons in which some persons have injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean. For the

Counsel submits that petitioner is alleged to be the member of mob. Counsel submits that one co-accused has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.09.2022 and 10.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11726 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 14297 of 2022 respectively. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
