The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C2518/2018/660/18 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, it is alleged, the police recovered 18 literes of Mahua wine. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, contends that he has been falsely implicated for wrong reason by the police and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that if the petitioner is again implicated in similar type of offence, the Court may consider cancellation of his bail, if allowed in the present case.
