The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ghorasahan No. 247 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 364(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60027 of 2019 and the case of these petitioners stands of similar footing. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64893 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 since 25.06.2019. Hence, the petitioners may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, West Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.
