The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 registered under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioner in the whole case diary.
