The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S.Case No. 131 of 2016 registered under Sections 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR wherein it is stated that the petitioner committed irregularity and breach of agreement in installation of electric meter, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with
