This is a case registered under Sections 3,5,18 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Act.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that when the petitioners came to Masaurhi Railway Station for boarding the train and arrived at platform, on mere suspicion they have been implicated in the case. He further submits that from perusal of the FIR it would be apparent that Mahua Flowers have been recovered from the sleeper boggy of the train and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
