In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016 for offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made in the First Information Report that the victim was being tortured, she was admitted in the hospital where she succumb to the injury.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the
