JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of NDPS Act. As per F.I.R. there is allegation of recovery of 850 grams Ganja from the shop of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the shop was abandoned shop and moreover, there is small quantity.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the basis of the
