2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 202/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from perusal of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner was in a foreign country on the date of occurrence. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.07.2025. The petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Siwan /concerned Court below in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 subject to the following conditions :- (i) the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the Trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
