JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as also learned counsel, appearing for the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-323, 324,326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report, this petitioner along with coaccused Pappu gave knife blow on the person of the injured Santu Kumar on account of which, he died on the spot. The C.D. has been received.

The doctor has found altogether seven injuries on the person of the injured, caused by sharp cutting weapon. As per opinion of the doctor, the cause of death was injuries, caused by

Therefore, there is specific allegation against this petitioner, which is corroborated by the postmortem report. This court does not think it a fit case for grant of bail at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
